- Hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5
- Achieve IELTS 6 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each component
- Have between 0 and 2 years of experience
- Have completed National Service or hold a valid exemption

Job Purpose
- Fly High Training Programme – Emiratizations is a flagship graduate programme designed to build the next generation of leaders for the Emirates Group.
- It is a highly selective, structured 3 year fast track leadership development programme for Emiratizations.
About The Programme
- From the outset, you will be placed in real business environments with clear accountability, exposure to senior stakeholders, and opportunities to contribute to strategic priorities.
- The programme combines cross functional experience, international exposure, formal learning, and executive mentorship.
- On successful completion, you will transition into a permanent role with a defined career pathway.
Your Three Year Journey
- Phase 1: Foundation and Business Exposure Develop core professional and leadership capabilities, contribute to live business projects, supported by a senior mentor.
- Phase 2: Global Exposure and Capability Building Gain experience within our global network, continue structured development through leadership learning and professional qualifications.
- Phase 3: Specialisation and Strategic Impact Move into a focused role, lead strategic initiatives, engage with senior stakeholders.
Qualification
- Be an Emiratization with a Family Book
- Be aged 27 or below

Selection Process
- Virtual interview with the Emiratisation and Recruitment team
- Psychometric assessment covering cognitive ability and behavioural fit
- Final in person panel interview with senior Emirates Group leaders
Salary & Benefits
- Year 1: AED 24,545 per month
- Year 2: AED 32,860 per month
- Year 3: AED 34,860 per month
