Position Overview
Kumaran Systems is seeking an experienced Flutter Developer for its mobile development team.
The role designs, develops, and maintains high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter.
The position includes technical initiative leadership, junior developer mentorship, and contributions to mobile strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive and visually appealing mobile user interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and stakeholders.
- Write clean, maintainable, documented, production-ready code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across devices, operating systems, and network conditions.
- Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and services.
- Participate in the full lifecycle from concept and development through testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth.
- Contribute to process improvements, methodologies, and architectural decisions.
- Recommend technology-stack and architecture improvements.
- Implement testing strategies and quality assurance practices.
