Job Summary
Kumaran Systems is seeking experienced Business System Analysts with strong payments domain expertise.
The role supports Enterprise Payments Technology initiatives for a leading banking client.
Required Qualifications
- At least eight years of experience as a Business or System Analyst.
- Strong experience in payments technology.
- Hands-on knowledge of wire payments, ACH/EFT, RTP, SWIFT, and ISO 20022.
- Experience with cross-border and domestic payment processing.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Banking or financial services industry experience is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support payment system enhancements, integrations, and regulatory initiatives.
- Participate in testing, UAT, and production implementation activities.
