In this position, you will lead the development of Steam Solution applications across the MEA region and serve as the Nuclear Key Account Manager for the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant.
You will work closely with regional and global teams to strengthen market participation, expand the Flow Controls valve portfolio, and reinforce Emerson’s leadership in steam and nuclear applications through innovation, integrity, and collaboration.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Lead and execute the MEA growth strategy for Steam Solution applications, with a strong focus on Gate, Globe, and Check (GGC) valve portfolios across KOB1, KOB2, and KOB3 opportunities.
- Drive achievement of regional booking targets and own the monthly Steam Solution performance outlook and reporting.
- Develop a deep understanding of steam solution markets, critical power applications, and customer needs to define value‑based technical solutions.
- Partner closely with regional sales teams to identify, develop, and convert Steam Solution opportunities across MEA.
- Support the integration and promotion of Sempell and Rescaldina products within the Flow Controls portfolio to maximize market coverage and growth.
- Serve as a technical and application expert for Steam Solutions, including advanced sizing, application support, and specification review.
- Collaborate with global engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver optimized technical and commercial proposals.
- Provide technical training and knowledge‑sharing to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Act as the Nuclear Key Account Manager for the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant, supporting installed base management and long‑term customer relationships.
- Drive growth of parts, MRO, and services business for nuclear applications across MEA.
- Represent Emerson within the UAE nuclear community and support future nuclear build opportunities in the region.

For This Role, You Will Need
- Have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field
- Have minimum 5 years of experiences on valves business, sizing/selection, troubleshooting, or maintenance/service is required
- Sales / Business development experiences in the Valve Industry along with knowledge of gate, Globe and Check valves in Steam Solution Applications
- Knowledge on Power Industry process and applications
- Willingness and ability to travel across the MEA region as business needs require.
- Arabic & French or German language skills shall be considered as added advantage
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart
- Experience supporting nuclear power applications, installed base management, or long‑term service agreements.
- Exposure to global matrix organizations and collaboration with international engineering or manufacturing teams.
- Familiarity with international standards and customer specification reviews.
- Multilingual communication skills, including Arabic, French, or German.
- Experience delivering technical training to customers or internal team
