The role involves creating floral designs while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Create fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and custom designs.
- Prepare flowers by cutting, conditioning, and maintaining them properly.
- Help customers select flowers and arrangements based on their needs and budget.
- Take and prepare orders for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, events, and other occasions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive flower shop.
- Monitor flower and supply inventory and minimize waste.
- Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and on time.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Requirements
- Previous florist experience is preferred.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, dependable, and a positive team player.
