- Assist in coordinating with Meteorological and Air Traffic Services offices to support dispatch operations
- Support dispatchers by gathering, verifying, and providing required operational data from various sources
- Participate in familiarization sessions with other Network Control Centre functions
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Network Control Centre team
- Assist with dispatch related projects and initiatives under supervision
- Perform supplementary dispatch duties as assigned to gain practical experience
- Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards

Main Objective of Role
- To undergo structured on the job training in flight dispatch operations under the supervision and guidance of experienced flight dispatch personnel.
- Gaining practical experience in flight dispatch functions, developing operational knowledge, and building competencies required to support safe and efficient flight operations.
