Overview

Our client, a premier automotive leader in Qatar, is looking for a strategic

Head Of Fleet Sales

to spearhead B2B operations and drive large-scale revenue growth through corporate and government partnerships.

Core Focus

  • **Strategy & Growth:**
  • Design and execute high-level corporate sales strategies to capture market share.
  • **Relationship Management:**
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with government bodies, large enterprises, and SMEs.
  • **Operational Excellence:**
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and complex negotiations to logistics coordination and after-sales satisfaction.
  • **Leadership:**
  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Consultants and support staff.

Key Requirements

  • **Experience:**
  • 15+ years of professional experience, with a heavy focus on
  • Automotive B2B/Fleet management

  • **Education:**
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.

  • Expertise in CRM systems, sales analytics, and high-stakes negotiation.
