- Lead and develop operational teams to achieve performance and service excellence
- Generate accurate operational and financial reports using fleet management systems

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fleet management, car rental, or vehicle leasing operations
- Proven experience managing a fleet of 1,000+ vehicles within a reputable rental or leasing organization
- Strong experience in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
- Sound knowledge of fleet utilization, pricing models, insurance, invoicing, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in fleet management and car rental software systems

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced and results driven Fleet Manager to lead and manage our large scale vehicle rental and leasing operations in Sharjah, UAE.
- The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing a fleet of 1,000+ vehicles, with strong expertise in fleet utilization, annual budgeting, operational planning, revenue management, compliance, and customer service excellence.
- This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational efficiency, maximize profitability, and support business growth while ensuring the highest standards of fleet management and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
