Fleet Coordinator

Monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all vehicles and MHEs.

Coordinate maintenance activities with DC operations to minimize disruption.

Ensure regular vehicle inspections, cleaning, and readiness for operations.

Support and coordinate in-house stock transfers (STS) and daily transportation plans.

Ensure availability and optimal allocation of vehicles for distribution operations.

Monitor daily fleet utilization and ensure efficient route execution.

Track vehicle performance using GPS and fleet management systems.

Monitor driver performance, including adherence to routes, speed limits, and safety standards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet performance reports.

Report on fleet maintenance costs to Fleet Manager to ensure operations within budget.

Coordinate with repair workshops, validate maintenance work, and monitor service quality.

Review and validate repair invoices and payments.

Ensure all vehicles have valid legal documents (licenses, insurance, registration).
