Role Overview
Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
Maintain fleet records, registrations, and compliance documentation.
Liaise with drivers, suppliers, workshops, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor vehicle availability and maintain an up-to-date fleet availability spreadsheet.
Process fleet-related invoices, purchase orders, and administrative tasks.
Enter and update weekly vehicle odometer (meter) readings in fleet management systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Based at our branch in Dandenong, VIC the Fleet Administration Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining fleet-related data, systems, administration and processes.

Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
Maintain fleet records, registrations, and compliance documentation.
Liaise with drivers, suppliers, workshops, and internal stakeholders.
