- Maintain and update fleet records, including vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and renewals
- Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle utilization reports
- Assist in scheduling drivers and coordinating daily fleet operations
- Prepare fleet related reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Liaise with government authorities, suppliers, and internal departments regarding fleet requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE transportation regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet administration, logistics, or similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, record keeping, and communication skills
- Knowledge of UAE vehicle registration, licensing, insurance, and fleet documentation is an advantage

Overview
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Fleet Admin Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet administration, logistics, or a similar administrative role
- Experience in the catering, hospitality, or transportation industry is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, record keeping, and communication skills
- Knowledge of UAE vehicle registration, licensing, insurance, and fleet documentation is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
