Overview

  • We are looking for a dedicated and customer focused Arabic Speaking Call Center Agent to join our healthcare team.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or home healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in handling patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and call coordination
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and medical appointment systems is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services
