Responsibilities
- Safely operate the Bobcat/Skid Steer Loader for loading, unloading, excavation, grading, and material handling
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements
- Ensure safe operation in compliance with company policies and site safety regulations
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned equipment
- Assist with site activities as directed by the Site Supervisor
- Complete daily equipment checklists and operational records
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience operating a Bobcat/Skid Steer Loader
- Valid UAE Bobcat/Heavy Equipment Operator License or certification (preferred)
- Experience in construction, industrial, landscaping, or site operations
- Good knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and follow site instructions
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours when required
- Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
