About The Role
Experienced Fixed Access Solution Manager to drive market development, customer engagement, and solution planning for Fixed Access Network solutions across the UAE market.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers, business teams, and technical experts to identify opportunities, develop network strategies, and support project success while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Fixed Access (GPON/FTTx) market development activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer network requirements and align solution strategies with customer objectives.
- Plan and support customer-facing marketing activities, including summits, workshops, and industry events.
- Engage customers to understand business and technical requirements and provide suitable network solutions.
- Support project operations and delivery activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-level and executive customer stakeholders.
- Develop customer insights and market intelligence to identify future business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support solution development and business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, fixed network solutions, GPON, FTTx, broadband access, or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of Fixed Access Network technologies including GPON, FTTx, OLT, ONT, broadband architecture, and access network planning.
- Experience supporting customer solution discussions and business development activities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with telecom operators or large enterprise customers.
- Experience with Huawei Fixed Access products and solutions.
- Chinese language skills are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience organizing customer workshops, technology summits, and marketing events.
