Job Description
- Ensure all dealings with guests at the Fitness areas meet or exceed resort operating standards.
- Ensure health and safety of guests and employees.
- Coordinate and facilitate sports and recreational activities.
- Interact with guests promoting physical activity and healthy living.
- Collaborate on special events, themed fitness programs, or wellness initiatives.
- Ensure proper inventories of operating equipment.
- Ensure department follows safety and confidentiality.
- Ensure Fitness/Gym equipment is maintained in good working condition.
- Inspect, maintain, and sanitize fitness equipment, sports gear, and activity areas.
Qualifications
- Internationally recognized personal training certification.
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position, preferably hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, passion for health and wellness.
- Ability to engage and motivate guests of all ages.
