The Role

  • As the Club Manager, you will be the custodian of the guest journey in our fitness clubs, ensuring a flawless service experience from welcome to farewell.
  • You will bridge the gap between exceptional hospitality and rigorous commercial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Ownership: Take full accountability for the club's P&L, driving revenue growth, operating profit, and net membership expansion.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day to day facility management, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to attract new members, retain existing ones, and promote innovative fitness programs and events.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with fitness professionals to create engaging content while fostering a culture of emotional intelligence, staff welfare, and high performance.
  • Guest Experience: Act as the primary ambassador for the brand, resolving queries promptly and ensuring every interaction turns guests into loyal advocates.
  • Brand Embodiment: Personify the brand's ethos by maintaining a healthy lifestyle and encouraging both staff and guests to utilize the facility for holistic wellness.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven Track Record: Significant experience in health club or fitness center operations management, with a demonstrated history of achieving financial and membership targets.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to analyze financial data and make decisions that directly impact profitability and growth.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Leadership Style: An emotionally intelligent people manager who can inspire teams, handle stakeholder engagement, and drive a culture of ownership.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in modern club management software and organizational tools.
  • Personal Ethos: You must actively live a healthy lifestyle that reflects the values of the wellness industry.
