- A degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
- An emotionally intelligent people manager who can inspire teams, handle stakeholder engagement, and drive a culture of ownership
- Proficient in modern club management software and organizational tools

The Role
- As the Club Manager, you will be the custodian of the guest journey in our fitness clubs, ensuring a flawless service experience from welcome to farewell.
