- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create, plan, and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Manage content calendars and coordinate campaigns with internal teams and external agencies
- Capture and oversee high quality visual content that reflects the brand's unique identity and customer experience
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and provide actionable recommendations
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
- Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives
- Monitor online reputation and respond to customer interactions in a timely and professional manner
- Support marketing campaigns, events, launches, and seasonal promotions through digital storytelling
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 3 5+ years of experience managing social media accounts for hospitality, lifestyle, retail, luxury, or consumer facing brands
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, content strategy, and paid social campaigns
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms
- Strong photography, videography, and short form content creation skills
- Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking

What We're Looking For
