Vistas Global seeks a Fit Out Projects Manager to manage multiple internal fit-out projects from planning through completion.
The role involves preparing and monitoring Project Execution Plans, developing project schedules, coordinating design teams, and ensuring compliance with QHSE requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple internal fit-out projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within approved time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Prepare and monitor Project Execution Plans and ensure effective implementation.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Coordinate design teams, consultants, contractors, and MEP disciplines to ensure smooth project integration.
- Monitor site progress and performance against approved schedules and project objectives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports covering achievements, risks, challenges, and recommendations.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective action plans.
- Supervise consultants and contractors and ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, and approved standards.
- Review payment certificates and verify executed quantities in coordination with the commercial team.
- Manage variations, claims, and their impact on project cost and schedule.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements throughout project execution.
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities for required approvals and permits.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing multiple fit-out projects.
- Experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Ability to coordinate design teams, consultants, contractors, and MEP disciplines.
- Strong project management and risk management skills.
- Ability to manage project stakeholders and maintain effective communication.
- Knowledge of QHSE requirements and compliance.
- Experience in managing variations, claims, and their impact on project cost and schedule.
