Position Overview
Manage and execute high-end fit-out works for luxury villa projects from design through handover.
Ensure interiors are delivered with superior quality, precision, and compliance with agreed timelines and budgets.
Coordinate closely with clients to achieve the required luxury standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of luxury villa fit-out projects from design to handover.
- Review drawings, bills of quantities, and specifications for feasibility and compliance.
- Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections for progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Approve materials, finishes, and mock-ups in line with high-end villa standards.
- Resolve design and site issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Lead progress meetings and prepare reports for management and clients.
- Ensure works meet company quality standards and local authority regulations.
- Manage handover and completion of snag lists to client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
