Key Responsibilities
- Respond to fires, accidents, floods, bomb incidents, and hazardous material spills.
- Perform search, rescue, and firefighting operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Operate emergency response vehicles, hand tools, power tools, ladders, hoses, pumps, foam generators, and nozzles.
- Conduct salvage and overhaul operations to minimize property damage.
- Participate in station drills and emergency procedures training.
- Respond to hazardous material emergencies in accordance with safety requirements.
- Perform all duties of interior structural firefighting.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree highly desired.
- Western contractors: Minimum 1 year of firefighting experience required; Foreign Nationals (FNs): no prior experience required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work under adverse and hazardous conditions.
- Flexibility to relocate or respond on short notice to emergency situations.
