- Facilitate and assist with coordination of fire protection program and risk mitigation activities
- Coordinate oversight of Inspection, Testing and Maintenance (ITM) of firefighting equipment
- Compile and analyse monthly reports of ITM activities
- Perform Risk Screening and process fire protection impairment certificates
- Conduct fire protection awareness trainings
- Assist in development of division procedures, technical instructions and manuals
- Design and propose ITM monitoring and evaluation systems
- Coordinate and participate in acceptance testing and inspection of new fire systems
- Assist and provide technical expertise in fire protection design basis
- Coordinate with fire protection regulatory agencies
- Assist Fire Protection Lead in planning, budget and objective setting

- Experience in fire protection and code enforcement
