FINANCIAL REPORTING ANALYST - VOIS

About This Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to support accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting within VOIS.
• This role contributes to high-quality financial outputs by supporting month-end activities, analysing performance, maintaining reporting controls, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• The role is well-suited to an individual who enjoys working with financial data, applying accounting standards, and continuously improving reporting processes within a dynamic environment.
• What you’ll do
• Support the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports in line with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and anomalies across revenue and balance sheet accounts.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Revenue Assurance, Commercial, and Business Intelligence teams to align reporting outputs.
• Assist in designing and maintaining financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Prepare presentations and reporting packs that summarise financial results and insights for stakeholders.
• Maintain financial reporting documentation and support compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
• Who you are
• You bring experience in financial reporting or a related finance role, ideally within a complex or regulated environment.
• You have a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, including IFRS.
• You are confident working with financial systems such as SAP and, ideally, HFM.
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across finance and business teams.
