About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the termination cost, Voice P&L (revenue, cost, margin)
- Maintain and monitor voice quality KPIs in coordination with technology
- Coordinate with MA&RA to ensure accurate reconciliation and billing and handle disputes
- Coordinate with international carriers
- Negotiate corridor deals with operators from APAC & ME carriers/operators, domestic voice commercial and operations
- Commercial owner of traffic and billing management; liaise with finance for accurate booking for Interconnect Cost
- Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom or IT
- 5+ years of relevant experience in voice interconnect
- In depth experience in influencing cross functionally against the delivery of a marketing plan
- Excellent understanding of voice and excellent relation with voice carriers/operators
- Expertise in numbering range, short codes, local regulations
