Responsibilities
- Prepare financial analysis for monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and long term strategic plans
- Monitor key business indicators, highlight trends and analyze causes of change or negative variances
- Execute benchmarking analysis, financial analysis, commentaries and presentations for executive review meetings
- Report on business and variance analysis of financial results, planning updates, management highlights and pipeline project status
- Drive controls on annual budget and strategic plan processes including assumptions, consolidation, and analysis
- Prepare executive story boarding, business review presentations, management updates on forecasts, budgets and strategic financial plan
- Manage monthly and quarterly financial forecasting and reporting process
- Participate in development of complex financial models for consolidation and variance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning at an enterprise level
- At least 4 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred
- Relevant certification such as CCA or equivalent is preferred
- Arabic preferred

Role Overview
- The role holder is responsible for monitoring key business indicators and preparing financial analysis, commentaries and presentations for Otis – KSA.
- The role holder drives controls on the annual budget and strategic plan processes to track monthly and quarterly financial forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares the financial analysis for monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and long term strategic plans for Otis – KSA
- Monitors key business indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of change or negative variances and provide recommendations to management
- Executes benchmarking analysis, financial analysis, commentaries and presentations for executive review meetings including regional reviews
- Responsible for reporting on Otis – KSA's business & variance analysis of financial results, planning updates, management highlights and development of pipeline projects status updates
- Drive controls on the annual budget and strategic plan processes including agreement on assumptions, consolidation, analyzing Otis – KSA's submissions, communicating financial targets and strategic plan platforms
- Prepares executive story boarding, business review presentations, management updates on forecasts, budgets & strategic financial plan
- Manages the monthly and quarterly financial forecasting and reporting process for Otis KSA
- Participates in the development of complex financial models for consolidation and variance analysis, what if scenarios/sensitivity analysis based on business drivers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred
- Relevant certification such as Chartered Certified Accountant (CCA) or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in performing financial planning at an enterprise level for a matrixed organization
- At least 4 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities
- Fluent written and spoken English essential, Arabic preferred
