Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and correct customer tax data.
• Prepare, review, and verify customer data for compliant and accurate tax invoices.
• Resolve questions and discrepancies involving tax invoices and credit notes.
• Prepare requested analysis reports and assist with data analysis, standard metrics, and trend management.
• Reconcile financial transactions by comparing and correcting transaction data.
• Verify payment amounts and related documentation.
• Assist with monthly reporting schedules.
• Analyze budget variance drivers with different departments.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting on operations performance.
• Identify and drive month-end close process improvements.
• Prepare, consolidate, review, and present monthly cost analysis to finance and operations leadership.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field is required, with education replaceable by years of experience.
• Two to five years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools and computerized ledger systems.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• CFA designation is preferred.
