Skills

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Good understanding of digital payments, customer/merchant journeys, digital marketing channels, and campaign lifecycle management.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, campaign management, analytics, or customer engagement platforms.
• Good analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting/dashboard tools.
• Understanding of campaign KPIs such as acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, ROI, and product adoption.
