Speed Auto Systems is a Dubai-based automotive technology and automation company providing ERP, financial, rental, leasing, workshop, and other software solutions for the automotive industry.

Role Overview

Speed Auto Systems is seeking a Financial Accountant to join its Dubai team.

The role focuses on financial transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Monitor expenses, payments, receivables, and outstanding balances.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain customer and vendor accounts and classify transactions correctly.
  • Use ERP or accounting software to maintain financial data.
  • Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
  • Resolve discrepancies and support audit, compliance, and UAE accounting requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant accounting experience; UAE experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience with ERP or accounting software.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT and basic UAE accounting requirements.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, communication, organizational, and independent-working skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Workplace

  • Full-time, onsite position in Dubai, UAE.
  • Work location is in person.

Compensation

  • Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
