Work Arrangement

About the Role

Speed Auto Systems is seeking a Business Analyst – Software Solutions for its Business Solutions department.

The role combines business analysis, software consulting, product demonstrations, and pre-sales.

The successful candidate will understand client requirements and demonstrate how software solutions can address business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and customer processes.
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into functional software requirements.
  • Recommend appropriate software solutions based on customer needs.
  • Conduct and customize professional product and software demonstrations.
  • Explain software features, functionality, and business benefits.
  • Prepare presentations, solution proposals, and requirement documents.
  • Support pre-sales from discovery through solution presentation.
  • Work with technical, product, and implementation teams.
  • Participate in solution discussions, UAT, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Follow up with customers, maintain client relationships, and identify additional software opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in business analysis, IT consulting, software consulting, pre-sales, or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and software solutions.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Ability to analyze business problems and recommend technology-based solutions.
  • Experience conducting product or software demonstrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort communicating with senior-level clients and decision-makers.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

Advantageous Knowledge

  • Knowledge of SaaS, CRM, ERP, AI, automation, or cloud solutions is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of UAT, process mapping, functional requirements, or Agile methodologies is an advantage.
  • UAE market experience is preferred.

Compensation

  • Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
