Role Overview
Lead finance and supply chain transformation for a consumer-focused Food & Beverage organisation operating across the GCC.

About the Organisation
The organisation operates in the Food & Beverage sector across the GCC and is focused on growth, stronger governance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance and supply chain activities for the Kuwait operation and ensure financial integrity and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee financial records, reconciliations, reporting, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Prepare statutory financial statements, coordinate external audits, and act as a contact for auditors, regulators, and government authorities.
- Implement internal controls, governance structures, approval processes, segregation of duties, and expenditure controls.
- Oversee payroll governance, risk assessments, fraud prevention, cash flow forecasting, working capital, banking, treasury, and liquidity management.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, business planning, financial analysis, profitability evaluation, pricing support, investment evaluations, and commercial initiatives.
- Own demand and supply planning and oversee procurement, warehousing, inventory, distribution, service levels, and delivery cost optimization.
- Build organisational capability and ensure critical processes are documented and sustainable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- 10+ years of finance experience and senior finance leadership experience with full business responsibility.
- Strong F&B or FMCG background and experience in financial controls, governance, risk management, cash flow, working capital, and treasury.
- Hands-on supply chain exposure, including procurement and logistics, plus GCC experience ideally including Kuwait.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Open to relocation to Kuwait.
