- Prepare telephone and utility bills for payment and reconcile charges
- Maintain site Petty Cash fund
- Manage timekeeping in Deltek Costpoint
- Prepare month end accruals reports
- Prepare Operational Funds requests
- Audit expense reports and obtain approvals
- Prepare checks and wire transfers
- Maintain Invoice Log and prepare invoices
- Maintain auditable filing system
- Provide finance reports as requested
- Respond to vendor queries
- Coordinate with Supply and Purchasing departments
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three years' experience in a professional accounting environment with cash handling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license
- Ability to work overtime and travel domestically and internationally
- Associate's Degree in Finance or related discipline preferred

Job Overview
- The Finance Specialist interfaces with PSO Finance to provide accounting, timekeeping, payroll, and banking support for the site.
Principal Accountabilities
- Prepares all telephone and utility bills for payment and reconciliation.
- Maintains site Petty Cash fund.
- Manages timekeeping Deltek Costpoint (Time & Expense) for the site.
- Provides Deltek Costpoint training for new hires.
- Prepares month end accruals reports.
- Prepares Operational Funds requests.
- Audits Expense Reports for accuracy and approvals.
- Prepares checks and wire transfers.
- Maintains Invoice Log and transfer.
- Prepares invoices and supporting documents.
- Maintains auditable filing system.
- Provides Finance Reports as requested.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have excellent organizational skills and intermediate English.
- Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Three years' experience in professional accounting with cash handling.
- Light to moderate lifting in office environment.
- Ability to work overtime and travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Finance or related discipline preferred.
