- Lead and manage the finance and accounting function of the group
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS
- Develop, monitor, and report on annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury functions
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and financial procedures
- Oversee costing, inventory controls, profitability analysis, and operational performance reporting
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and other regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Support management with strategic decision making through financial analysis and business insights
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial best practices
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- At least 3–5 years UAE experience in a managerial role
- Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, trading, engineering, or project based businesses
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, financial planning, treasury, internal controls, and management reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and automated accounting environments
- Sound understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem solving skills

Overview
- Our client, a well established and growing manufacturing and trading group based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dynamic and qualified Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager to join its leadership team.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors and senior management, providing strategic financial leadership while overseeing the day to day finance and accounting functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting function of the group, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Develop, monitor, and report on annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury functions.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and financial procedures.
- Oversee costing, inventory controls, profitability analysis, and operational performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3–5 years UAE experience in a managerial role.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, trading, engineering, or project based businesses will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, financial planning, treasury, internal controls, and management reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems and automated accounting environments.
- Sound understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with business owners and senior management in a fast paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: AED 15,000 – AED 25,000 per month

- For exceptional candidates, compensation is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
