Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of audit engagements across real estate, trading, financial services, and hospitality sectors
  • Review financial statements and working papers for compliance with IFRS and UAE regulatory standards, including Corporate Tax, AML, and free zone compliance frameworks
  • Supervise, coach, and develop audit seniors and associates
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle
  • Ensure engagements are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
  • Communicate audit findings, key risks, and actionable recommendations to clients and partners
  • Collaborate with tax, advisory, and legal teams on complex, multi disciplinary assignments
  • Contribute to business development and client proposals where applicable

Qualifications & Skills Set

  • Qualified CA or CPA with 5 7 years of post qualification experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role within the UAE
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax, AML regulations, and free zone compliance frameworks
  • Proven track record managing a multi client portfolio and leading audit teams
  • Experience in CaseWare or similar audit management tools is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Client first mindset with the ability to build and sustain long term professional relationships
