- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning processes
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify risks and opportunities
- Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and executive presentations
- Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards
- Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month end close processes
- Manage external and internal audit requirements
- Ensure compliance with local tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements across the region
- Partner with Retail, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Supply Chain teams to drive business performance
- Support store profitability analysis, retail KPIs, and investment evaluations
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, consumer goods, or premium brands
- Strong understanding of retail finance, inventory accounting, and commercial business partnering
- Experience working in a regional or multinational environment is highly desirable
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (implied)

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to support the financial leadership of a prestigious luxury brand across the Middle East region.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and executive presentations.
- Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
Financial Reporting & Controls
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
- Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month end close processes.
- Manage external and internal audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements across the region.
Business Partnering
- Partner with Retail, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Supply Chain teams to drive business performance.
- Support store profitability analysis, retail KPIs, and investment evaluations.
- Provide financial guidance to department heads and senior management.
- Challenge assumptions and support informed commercial decision making.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Monitor cash flow performance and liquidity requirements.
- Oversee inventory valuation and stock related financial controls.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and working capital optimization initiatives.
- Ensure effective treasury management and banking relationships where applicable.
Team Leadership
- Support and develop finance team members through coaching and performance management.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive process enhancements and operational efficiencies within the finance function.
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, consumer goods, or premium brands.
- Strong understanding of retail finance, inventory accounting, and commercial business partnering.
- Experience working in a regional or multinational environment is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
