- Accounting treatment as per IFRS and US GAAP
- Liaise with auditors
- Review and finalization of balance sheet
- Fees amortization as per US GAAP
- Opex analysis and various MIS
- Co ordination for risk and compliance meetings
- Facilitate account opening in I Core and SAP, account rationalization
- Documentation of processes and policies
- Co ordination for SOX activities and BCP
- MIS and analysis of business and expense accounting
- Ageing and review of other assets and liabilities
Requirements
- Experience in tax and VAT computation
- Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
- Experience with audit liaison and balance sheet finalization
- Proficiency in SAP and I Core systems
- Experience with SOX compliance and BCP
