Role Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, compliance, risk management, and financial planning.
The role supports business decisions through data-driven financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal policies.
- Lead audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Evaluate investments, financial risks, and cost-control strategies.
- Implement financial controls and improve accounting processes.
- Supervise the finance team and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Support strategic decisions through financial modelling and business cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience, including at least two years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software such as Zoho and QuickBooks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred.
