Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily financial and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review periodic financial reports and statements.
- Develop and monitor budgets, plans, and financial forecasts.
- Monitor cash flows, liquidity, and financial obligations.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Track accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and payments.
- Review expenses and costs and improve financial efficiency.
- Supervise monthly and annual financial closing processes.
- Ensure the accuracy of entries, records, and financial accounts.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and prepare required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, related laws, and tax obligations.
- Supervise the finance and accounting team and provide financial support to departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong experience preparing financial reports, statements, budgets, and cash flow analyses.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial systems.
- Experience managing and monitoring accounts receivable and payable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial accounting systems is preferred.
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in English and ability to meet financial deadlines.
