- Support treasury, accounting, and other day to day finance operations.
- Assist in financial reporting, data organization, and analysis to support business decisions.
- Contribute to digitalization and process improvement initiatives within the Finance function.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to develop professional and technical skills.
- Collaborate with finance team members on operational activities and cross functional projects.
- Complete assigned tasks within designated timelines while adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Proactively seek learning opportunities and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and team performance.
Requirements
- Undergraduate in business administration, accounting, finance or any relevant field
- Ability to work proactively and have a good sense of teamwork
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong influence and impetus
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Fluency in English language both written and spoken
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
- Work independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
