- Review budget proposals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Develop commercial budgets in coordination with functional managers.
- Consolidate and prepare budgets for leadership review and approval.
- Evaluate funding requests for validity, accuracy, and business justification.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Analyze financial data and defend budget recommendations using evidence-based analysis.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies and procedures.
