Finance Assistant Manager

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to accounting standards and company policies.
• Support budgets and financial forecasts, monitor actual performance against budget, and provide variance analysis.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Maintain effective internal controls, assist with audits, and support regulatory compliance.
• Conduct profitability, cost, and cash flow analysis to provide actionable management insights.
• Improve finance processes, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support finance projects and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software is required; financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate finance best practices.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills for explaining financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
