Join the Finance team as a commercially minded Financial Analyst in a fast-paced retail environment.
Partner with the business to provide financial insights and support planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Support management with budgeting, forecasting, management accounting, and MIS reporting.
- Partner with business and central functions on annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Prepare and consolidate financial reports and support timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost control.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, payments, inventory, and working capital.
- Support cash-flow forecasting, credit control, and debtor ageing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, IFRS, and applicable tax requirements.
- Work with auditors, banks, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide accurate financial analysis and insights for business decisions.
What We're Looking For
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience is required.
- Experience in retail, consumer business, or a fast-paced commercial environment is preferred.
- Strong financial analysis, numerical reasoning, and problem-solving skills are required.
- High proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems are required.
- Knowledge of IFRS and international accounting practices is required.
- Strong organisation, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Fluency in English is required.
