Confidential Company is seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to maintain financial databases, assist in preparing reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and conduct market research.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial database
- Assist in preparing financial and sales reports
- Support financial analyst by collecting, organizing and validating financial data
- Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises
- Prepare variance analysis reports comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts
- Support inventory reporting and stock analysis activities
- Conduct basis market research and data gathering for business and financial evaluations
- Assist in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through financial and operational data analysis
- Maintain dashboards and performance tracking reports for management review
- Support process improvement initiatives within the finance department
- Extract clean and analyze data from ERP systems and database
- Conduct financial and operational analysis as requested by management
Requirements
- Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools (Power Query, ETL)
- Ability to maintain and update financial databases
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
