We're looking for a proactive
Field Operations Executive
to support our property management portfolio across Dubai.
This is a field based role focused on property inspections, maintenance coordination, tenant support, and ensuring operational standards are maintained across managed properties.
As the role requires daily travel across Dubai,
a valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle are mandatory!
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor visits
- Manage move in / move out inspections
- Support tenant and owner requests
- Prepare inspection reports and updates
- Ensure properties meet company standards
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license
- Personal car (mandatory)
- 2+ years experience in property management, facilities, hospitality, or field operations
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills (English and Arabic preferred)
