- Set the marketing strategy for Proptech, including audience targeting, storytelling, and funnel mapping
- Make the case to GM/CRO on brand vs lead gen investment using funnel data
- Own the Proptech brand and its positioning
- Translate strategy into an execution roadmap sequenced with product and engineering
- Own and allocate the Proptech marketing budget and be accountable for returns
- Write a meaningful share of content including blogs, LinkedIn posts, campaign copy, and website messaging
- Own analytics and measurement: funnel conversion, cost per disbursal, campaign ROI
- Run lifecycle and CRM marketing including nurture sequences and retention campaigns
- Coordinate with central marketing for paid campaign execution, visual design, and social media management
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years in marketing with experience in both brand/positioning and performance/growth
- Track record of building a brand's positioning and go to market from close to scratch
- Comfortable owning a budget and being judged on returns
- Genuine writer able to point to content personally written and shaped
- Strong with data, fluent in funnel and conversion numbers
- Good judgment and strong stakeholder instincts

About The Role
- PRYPCO's Proptech business is building the journey from renter to first home and beyond: instant mortgage pre approval, guided property matching, and an Owner Hub.
- The plan is to grow from roughly 300 disbursals a year to about 3,000 within five years.
- We're hiring a dedicated Senior Marketing Manager to own branding and marketing for this business end to end.
- This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports; you'll do strategic and hands on work yourself.
What You'll Be Doing
- Set the marketing strategy for Proptech: decide which audiences, what story, and how it maps onto the funnel.
- Make the case to the GM/CRO on brand vs lead gen investment using funnel data.
- Own the Proptech brand and its positioning.
- Translate strategy into an execution roadmap sequenced against product and engineering.
- Own and allocate the Proptech marketing budget and be accountable for returns.
- Write a meaningful share of content yourself: blogs, LinkedIn posts, campaign copy, website messaging.
- Own analytics and measurement: funnel conversion, cost per disbursal, campaign ROI.
- Run lifecycle and CRM marketing including nurture sequences and retention campaigns.

What Success Looks Like
- Documented Proptech positioning and brand story used by GM/CRO, central marketing, and product.
- A working framework for deciding brand spend vs lead gen spend each quarter grounded in funnel numbers.
- Marketing activity tracks the product roadmap; campaigns launch when there's something real to point at.
- Cold funnel conversion is moving in the right direction with clear marketing contribution.
- Content across blogs, social, and campaigns reads like one brand with one voice.
- Central marketing describes the working relationship as clear: good briefs, clear priorities, few fire drills.
What We're Looking For
- 8 to 12 years in marketing with experience in both brand/positioning and performance/growth.
- Track record of building a brand's positioning and go to market from close to scratch.
- Comfortable owning a budget and being judged on returns.
- A genuine writer able to point to content personally written and shaped.
- Strong with data; fluent in funnel and conversion numbers.

- Proptech, fintech, or real estate background is a plus.
Bonus Points
- Experience marketing a considered purchase or high trust product (mortgages, insurance, wealth, healthcare).
- Experience working as an in house brand owner supported by a central or shared marketing team.
- Exposure to UAE or wider MENA real estate and regulatory environment and local mortgage market.
- Hands on experience with CRM and lifecycle tooling such as HubSpot.
- Comfortable to be on camera and social media.
