- Oversee all post funding property operations including tenant onboarding, rent collection, maintenance, and property handovers
- Liaise with third party property management firms to ensure seamless day to day management of assets
- Monitor property performance, including occupancy, rental income, and maintenance standards, providing regular reporting to internal teams and investors
- Support legal and finance teams with necessary property documentation, compliance, and financial tracking
- Resolve tenant issues and property escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Implement process improvements and technology solutions to streamline property operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in property management, asset management, or facilities management within the UAE real estate market
- Strong understanding of leasing, tenant management, and property maintenance practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including tenants, vendors, and service providers
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred
