Role Description
- The Mortgage Advisor role at PRYPCO is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
- The person in this role will guide clients through the mortgage process, from initial consultation and affordability assessment to application, approval, and completion.
- Daily responsibilities include evaluating clients’ financial situations, recommending suitable mortgage products, and explaining terms and conditions in a clear and accessible way.
- The Mortgage Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing, maintain accurate records, and support marketing initiatives related to mortgage products.
- The role also involves staying current with market trends and regulatory requirements to provide informed, compliant advice.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Mortgages and practical experience in Finance and Financial Planning.
- Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing, with the ability to support product promotion and client acquisition.
- Relevant professional qualification such as CeMap or equivalent mortgage advisory certification.
- Excellent client facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- High attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and sound judgment in assessing risk.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Previous experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or real estate finance is highly beneficial.
