About the Role

- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about product benefits and usage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retail partners, and distributors
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Stay updated on product features, new launches, and industry trends
- Assist in planning and executing in store promotions, events, and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Driving License
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus
- Previous sales experience in cosmetics or retail preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and confident in closing sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software

Job Summary
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and results driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our cosmetics products.

- Educate clients and partners about new products and promotional offers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field is a plus).
- Experience: Previous sales experience in cosmetics, or retail is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Persuasive and confident in closing sales; Ability to work independently and in a team environment; Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Personal Attributes: Passionate about beauty and cosmetics; Customer focused and service oriented; Energetic, self motivated.
