Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our cosmetics sales team and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to inspire and manage a dynamic team.
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Set sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
2. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Provide training and ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and address underperformance issues.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retail partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage client portfolios.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld across all sales channels.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor sales metrics and generate detailed reports for senior management.
- Evaluate sales performance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and make informed decisions.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with marketing teams to align promotional campaigns with sales goals.
- Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure product availability.
- Act as a liaison between the company and distributors/retailers.
Qualifications & Skills
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- **Skills:**
- o Strong knowledge of the cosmetics industry and consumer behavior.
- o Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- o Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- o Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics software.
