Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our cosmetics sales team and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to inspire and manage a dynamic team.

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Set sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.

2. Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Provide training and ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and address underperformance issues.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retail partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage client portfolios.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld across all sales channels.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor sales metrics and generate detailed reports for senior management.
  • Evaluate sales performance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and make informed decisions.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing teams to align promotional campaigns with sales goals.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure product availability.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and distributors/retailers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (master’s preferred).
  • **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
  • **Skills:**
  • o Strong knowledge of the cosmetics industry and consumer behavior.
  • o Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • o Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • o Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics software.
  • **Personal Attributes:**

  • o Passionate about beauty and cosmetics.
