About the Role

- Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses)
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Issue sales invoices to clients and follow up on payments
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Coordinate with warehouse for stock reconciliation and tracking inventory costs
- Support periodic stock audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of accounting experience (distribution or trading company preferred)
- Knowledge of accounting software (Odoo)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Understanding of UAE VAT regulations
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail oriented and organized Junior Accountant to support our finance department with daily accounting tasks.
- The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, handling invoices, monitoring payments, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions within a distribution business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses)
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Preparing monthly financial reports

- Issue sales invoices to clients (salons, retailers, distributors)
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Prepare payment vouchers and receipts
- Coordinate with warehouse for stock reconciliation
- Tracking inventory costs and margins
- Support periodic stock audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of accounting experience (distribution or trading company preferred)
- Knowledge of accounting software (Odoo)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Understanding of UAE VAT regulations
