- Deliver professional training sessions, workshops, and seminars to salon professionals
- Conduct daily salon visits, product demonstrations, and technical support
- Train hairdressers on coloring, bleaching, treatments, styling, and latest hair techniques
- Support the sales team with technical expertise during client visits
- Recommend suitable hair care solutions and treatments
- Organize and manage educational events, academy training, and live demonstrations
- Build strong relationships with salons and promote professional brands
Requirements
- Previous experience as Hair Trainer / Technical Educator
- Strong knowledge of hair color, bleaching, treatments, and professional hair care products
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Arabic Native Speaker
- Fluent English
- UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
