Overview

  • We are looking for a customer focused professional who is fluent in Hindi and English to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or a call center is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • Valid UAE visa is an advantage.
